Meet the Doctors

Dr. Joseph Filippini graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and minors in Chemistry and Neuroscience. He completed his dental education at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2016 and graduated magna cum laude. He also received the honor of becoming a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. Following dental school, Dr. Filippini went on to continue his education with a year of advanced training in a General Practice Residency at the Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, NC. Dr. Filippini is a comprehensive general dentist capable of treating patients in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, removable prostheses, endodontics, and implant restoration.

Dr. Filippini is originally from Buffalo, NY and has interests in traveling, playing soccer, snowboarding, hiking, and attending concerts. He aims to provide the highest quality of care and maintain a relaxing experience for his patients.

Dr. Khurshid has an impressive background. Her educational career consists of attending University of Michigan School of Dentistry. In addition to her outstanding educational career Dr. Khurshid is a member of the American Student Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Michigan Dental Association.

When she is not in the office providing her clients with the best care, Dr. Khurshid is reading books, watching movies, cooking experiments (like to fuse multiple recipes together), painting, and interior designing. She also loves to travel around the world and learn about different cultures.

Dr. Shannon B. Cerra is an experienced general dentist treating all facets of dentistry including cosmetic, endodontics, crown and bridge, and implants.
Dr. Cerra graduated from University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. In 2009, she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Cerra completed a General Practice Residency at the Pittsburgh Veteran's Administration Hospital, and has been treating patients in the Pittsburgh region since.
In her free time Dr. Cerra enjoys traveling with her husband (just about anywhere), hiking (exploring new trails and re-visiting favorite paths), music (preferably live), and dogs (especially her beloved rescues, Shuggie & Ozzie).

Dr. Morris has an impressive background. His educational career consists of attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Morris is a highly accomplished and experienced prosthodontist with an impressive career spanning over 36 years. With a passion for restoring smiles and improving patients’ quality of life.
When he is not in the office providing his clients with the best care, Dr. Morris is spending time with his family.

Dr. Kim earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston College before pursuing her passion for dentistry at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. She is a proud member of both the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Dr. Kim takes a gentle, compassionate approach to dentistry, striving to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, understood, and confident in their care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the local community. Whether she’s visiting museums, strolling through parks, trying new restaurants, or finding cozy coffee shops, she values making meaningful connections and enjoying life’s everyday moments. Dr. Kim is excited to be part of the Dentistry Greentree team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
